Interesting book of remedies from safe and simple products, especially Shaklee that is included. Very helpful for both outdoors and indoors uses

While you may never use all the home remedies in this book, you may find a few that you will. This book is handy for those that live a long way from medical help, those that want to go back to minimal medications--however it is not a cure all and you may need to check with your Dr to make sure these remedies are safe for you.
