It's a beautiful ring. One week after getting it one gem fell out and they have it back to fix it with out any problem. They have been very easy to deal with.

This ring is perfect! It is not as chunky as it looks in the picture. It's light and more delicate than I expected.**edit 9/4/20 - while I still love this ring for all the reasons stated above, unfortunately one of the side stones has fallen out. I have not yet contacted the seller but hopefully something can be done to fix this issue.**edit 10/2/20 - seller was more than happy to repair my ring as long as I paid for them to return it to me. Ok, fine. i was assured that they would also do a “security check” to make sure that all the other stones were tight. It took about 3 weeks but I got my ring back on Monday, 9/28. Today, only four days later, I notice another stone has fallen out (same placement but opposite side). I’ll be sending it back out for repair a second time, but if another stone goes missing, I will be retiring this ring.

I have to say I am surprised with this ring , It came 3 days ahead of the delivery date of December 22 and it is beautiful, cant wait to see the look on her face when she opens the box . I only gave 4 stars for now just because I need to see the durability of this ring. I saw a few reviews that lost stone so we will have to see on that one but as for now, I'm 100% satisfied with the ring

I wanted to wait until I had worn this every day for a while before writing a review. I have had this ring for about a month and I LOVE IT!!! It is very well made and the sparkle of the stones is amazing! I have not cleaned this ring at all and as you can see, it is still stunning!!! ♥️ LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! ♥️

The ring itself is very pretty. Got it as a Christmas gift. However, it has only been in work for about a month and a stone has already fallen out! I will update if the company is willing to replace/repair.Updated from 2 to 4 stars. They were very prompt with their response and sent me a shipping label. They're going to replace the item. Very happy with their customer service and hoping it was a fluke, not that their rings are low quality.

This ring is beautiful. I had a stone fall out and the company said to send it back and they will fix it. I sent it back and the had it fixed and sent back within a week.

I love this ring. Wanted to have a ring with my kids birthstones and mine. I think of my kids each time I see their birthstones. Very special to me.

I used the ring sizer they provided, but when I received the ring it was 2 sizes too large. I took it to a jeweler and they told me that it is NOT sterling silver (as advertised) and that it cannot be resized, as it is too flimsy. I wrote to the company and they said they could resize it for another $19.99. When I told them I wanted to return it, they said it was not under warranty anymore, which was a complete lie. When I started a complaint with Amazon, they told me to send it by Jan. 22nd to Texas, USA (I'm in Canada) with the money and they'll resize. I told them I couldn't get it there that fast, and that the cost to send it by courier would be $35.00 plus tax. I explained I wanted to return it for a full refund, and now they are telling Amazon that there is no complaint, it was a 'technical error'. Now they want me to send the ring to them for resizing in addition to $59.99. Nothing but complete garbage this company; both their customer service, and their product. NEVER, EVER BUSY FROM THIS COMPANY. They should not be permitted to sell on Amazon.

I received this ring today. It is even nicer in person. It is beautiful. I love it. I highly recommend this ring. Shipping was also very fast. It absolutely deserves 5 stars. I will definitely order from this company again.
