I accidentally ordered the wrong sized ring, but that's not why I didn't like the ring. The ring looked cheap to me, and yes it is true that the ring was cheap, but that doesn't mean that it should look cheap. I've bought less expensive jewelry from Amazon that was absolutely gorgeous, but this ring looked like a step above something that you could win out of a gumball machine at Kroger. The biggest thing that was wrong with the ring was that the stones did not look real. The stones literally looked like someone took a drill head to the band, and scratched in a pattern that would resemble stones from some distance away. When I had the opportunity to buy the ring again in the proper size, I decided not to, and I, instead, spent my money on books.I think if you're willing to spend a little more money (say $100 to $200), then you could definitely buy a better ring. One in which the stones don't look fake, and one that you know the band won't turn green in a few months.

Customer service really helped me and were very sweet.Product is as expected for the money- not the best quality but its good.My girl loved it. It lost a couple “stones” from super light use- but customer service was able to send another and it hasnt had any problems.

We love this ring, my girlfriend and I have it as our promise ring, we bought this ring more than a year ago and it's still so beautiful, no stones fell off and its still beautiful as ever. I waited a year to give a review to see how long my ring lasted and honestly it still looks amazing

Don’t have half sizes

This was a gift for our teen daughter and it was perfect! Beautiful design, delicate yet intricate. She loves it!

Beautiful ring I got for my gf for a gift/ promise ring! She loves it but one of the crystals have already fallen out! It would be nice if I could get it fixed or have you guys contact me so hopefully we can get it fixed or solve the unfortunate event. Shipping was awesome and it came in a beautiful box, just frustrating when the main crystal falls out.
