A very good stuff in this price.The manual is too precise and is not much of help for the beginners. RGB pad is not sensitive as it should have been.

Loving this 25 key controller.. Aftertouch + RGB pads. Good purchase.
not many 25 key controllers come with Aftertouch, RGB pads and rotary encoders all at the same time. This Apex 25 may seem like on the bulkier side, but it justifies the size. It has good piano keys and it feels really nice to play with. The aftertouch also is good, considering it is there on this midi.. so no complaints there.RGB pads are also awesome.. makes my drum playing and finger drumming so much more fun now wit h all these cool lights. Really sensitive as well.The pitch wheel seemed to be a little off, but that was just what I initially thought. After spinnning it once or twice it was no problem at all.. Modulation wheel also is there.. So playinh your keys now can get more advanced as controls on left or right hand..Main point, it has Midi in and out.. Midi In I do not understand why it is there in the first place.. But MIDI out is perfect.. I ca control my old yamaha keyboard now as those keys do not work, so i play it from this Apexcontroller. Over all build is superb and it is absolutely worth my money on this.. Again yet another copy of Bitwig.. I am enjoying that as well.. but more on that on some other topic..Rotary encoders have a slight plasticy feel, but it is alright.. In this price I can let that go.. This has a decent built and the quality is not bad at all..It has these number pad on the left, which confuses me.. but I love that it is there.. makes it look more tech savvy.. of course there is functionality to it.. but I only use my keys, pads and the knobs.. Rest all I do not really need..Worth my money? Yes..Perfect for Beginner Music producer? Well, Yes. Both for beginner and advanced player as well.reccomend this for anyone looking for something like this in this pice range..

It's an Ok product
It's alright for the price. The volume fader doesn't respond on Kontakt. So, fader 1 acts as the main volume.. Besides that, everything else is ok.
