Surprisingly Great Neoprene For Making Wetsuit Components
I purchased this 1.5mm neoprene specifically to make a light weight wetsuit hood, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of use. Having never worked with neoprene before, I was a little apprehensive, but this material proved to be incredibly forgiving and easy to manipulate.The fabric is surprisingly soft to the touch, making it comfortable against the skin - a crucial factor when wearing a wetsuit hood on long dives. It offers an impressive amount of stretch, which allowed for a snug and flexible fit. I dive in water around 65 degrees and the thermal protection is perfect for this temperature of water. I have worn my hood for hour dives and didn't experience any discomfort; in fact, it was surprisingly comfy!Beyond the ease of use and comfort, the value for money is fantastic. The piece of neoprene I received was much larger than I anticipated, definitely exceeding a yard. Prefect for re-covering my bicycle seat.
I got this to replace the cover on my recumbent bicycle seat. It's stretchy enough to wrap around the edges without creasing. It's very soft and looks to be pretty durable. We'll see...

It worked but it's thin and floppy.
The fabric is thin and floppy. I bought this to make neoprene covers for the Kalahari drink cups so the hot tub wouldn't melt the frozen drinks and it worked but I would not buy again. There was no smell when the product arrived.

Versatile fabric
I bought this as a base for a costume top. It was soft and very easy to work with. Since I have never used Neoprene before, it was a pleasant surprise. The fabric is loaded with stretch and was super comfy, after all day of wearing it. I have enough to use to make another costume piece, so I will. I would recommend this
