SUPERIOR Egyptian Cotton Ultra Plush & Absorbent, 6 Piece Set, Stone

These towels are super absorbent, soft, thick, dries fast and no lint when washed. Best towels I have owned and unbelievable price for these superior quality towels. Definitely will order more when I know my bathroom color scheme...ordered charcoal Grey this time since it is a neutral color.

I bought these back in Jan 3rd 2017 and they are just now getting a little tattered on the edges. One reason was because from 2017 to 2020 we had a Water Efficient Maytag Bravos that used about a cup of water per load and litterally just destroyed clothes. Even though it was still working as intended to destroy clothes we bought a Speed Queen with an agitator (Old School) and just gave that MayTrash sucker away. We noticed right away that our new cloths were getting cleaner and those Superior towels were not getting as beat up. So after 8 yeas of washing and drying we may have still been using the Original Superior towels. We bought the Exact Same ones 800 GSM color Stone and they have bee washed and are Exactly like the first set absolutely fluffy, soft, absorbent and Beautiful. I even bought the Superior rugs to go with them only not in Stone color as it would make our already small bathroom look smaller where White makes it brighter and look bigger. I highly recommend Superior 800 GSM towels although I do know they make lower GSM types but I Love the feel of these Bad-Lads. I am now expecting a 10 to 12+ years worth of use out these. Need some Serious Towels that are made Superiorly, soft, absorbent, luxurious with Great Color - Get These You will Not be disappointed as long as you are not using some Water Skimping Washer.

Thick, fluffy, absorbent and colorful. However be forwarned. If you use a peroxide based face wash then you run the very real risk of spot-bleaching your towels and/or rags. Not just this brand but any brand. I find them to be well worth the money and it helps that they offer so many options of configuration regarding packages/items to purchase. I wash them in hot and use only dryer sheets for fabric softener and notice no shrinkage. The size of the bath sheet is awesome as a large person. They work very well to dry off quickly.

Let me start off by saying how picky I am about my towels. When I pay good money for something, I expect a good product and there are so many not-so-good over-priced towels out there. These towels appear to be good quality. They came quickly and they are soft and fluffy once washed (I prefer bulky, super absorbent towels. If you don't then I would not recommend these.). The good: I have to say that initially, I was a little disappointed when I first pulled them out of the package. They seemed very flat, but they appeared to be well-made and I had read in other reviews that they fluffed up with the first washing, so I decided to give them a chance. I washed them with a gentle detergent and used my smart sheep dryer balls. I was very pleasantly after pulling them out of the dryer. They fluffed out significantly and are super soft. The bad: The towels did have a few strings hanging off when I took them out of the dryer, they came off easily and the towels do not seem to be worse off from it. They also did shed a good amount of blue lint. I anticipated this with the first washing and washed them in a separate load on their own. Hopefully this will not persist. Overall, I am well-impressed by this product. I purchased 2 sets and waited to wash the second until after I had seen how the first came out. I am pleased and I will be keeping both sets. I gave 4 stars because of the strings. If the towels hold up well in the next few washing without losing more of their threads, I will update my review and gladly give them 5 starts. So far, a very good product.

Five or six years ago I ordered three 6-piece towel sets from Amazon. All were Egyptian Cotton, one set was 600 Gram, one was 725 Gram, and the third set was 900 Gram. The difference was huge. I immediately returned the 600 Gram Egyptian Cotton towel set because they were so significantly inferior. I have used the 900 Gram set and the 725 Gram set regularly for all these years and while the 725 Gram towels are nice, the 900 Gram towels are in a whole another league. Notice in the left side of the picture are the 5 year old Forest Green 900 gram Superior Egyptian Cotton towels. Next to them are the Plum 725 Gram Pinzon towel set (both are 6-piece sets folded in the same way). Look at the difference in the size of the stack! The green Superior towels are larger size and more plush. You might also notice that the color of the plum/purple towels has faded over the years but the green towels still look new. The stack on the right is a brand new set of Superior Stone 900 Gram Egyptian Cotton towels. I included them in the picture to compare the new Stone-colored with the 5 year old Forest Green-colored (they are both the same brand: Superior). Compare the bulk of each and you will see that the 5 year old towels are still fluffy, full, and the color has not faded after all of these years of use and laundry. Amazingly, they still look new. You can pay half as much for towels but they will be passed down for drying the dog in a few years. Superior's luxury 900 Gram Egyptian Cotton towels last twice as long, so in the end I don't really spend more, plus I enjoy the extra benefit of luxury and comfort.

Superior has really upped its game since the last time I bought these towels. Edges are now double stitched all the way around, a complaint I had made because I had to keep the towels I'd bought 7 years ago, because washed towels, though unused, are not returnable. I took the time because I know how to sew, and I double stitched all the edges myself and wrote a comprehensive letter to the owner of Superior. He is a good man and has learned from his customers. These towels will always shed the first two drying cycles, to be expected. I haven't measured for shrinkage, but these towels ought to have a degree of shrinkage. Still, they are a bit larger than their competitors. I have loved my towels for 7 years and decided to gift them to a good friend, and they appear to be an even better value than when I bought my 4 sets! They feel great, look beautiful, and I'm confident they will hold up well. I will continue to buy many more for years to come!

Truly perplexed on what kind of review to give these as they ARE quality but they are HUGE! Washcloth- huge, hand towel -huge and the bath towel is every bit as big as a beach towel. So if this doesn't bother you, then buy, as they are plush and quality towels. Gave 3 stars because no where can I find in listing, where they advertised, oversized which I did not want.

These towels are the best I have ever ordered! Nice and thick, the color is wonderful, just the shade I wanted. I washed them prior to using and there was minimal lint shedding. They also actually dry the skin instead of other brands I have purchased in the past. I previously had some towels that were thick, looked very nice but when trying to dry myself after my bath, they just could not pick up the moisture from my skin and simply rubbed it around. I just love these towels, and I am so happy I purchased them. Don't hesitate, you will not be sorry! I am going to order some more, they are worth every penny.

Das sind mal DICKE Luxushandtücher! Größen etwas anders als gewohnt, das Händehandtuch vor allem - aber wirklich super Qualität! Hab sehr lange gesucht, weil die Gewichtsangaben pro Quadratmeter leider oft nicht stimmen, hier treffen sie aber zu, ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Excelent, une machine au vinaigre blanc et un coup de sèche linge et elle sont parfaites. Comme tous les tissu il faut un moment pour avoir une fibre douce. Mais le poids du produit est conforme. Un peu chère et peluche au premier séchage. C'est normal pour un tissus organique. Bizz...
