Easy to read and follow recipes, inspiring photography with every recipe!
The concept of breakfast for dinner is so very appealing, and this book is now in my arsenal of go-to's when I haven't thought much about what to have for dinner, and dinner-time is just an hour away. At the beginning of the book are a list and pictures of ingredients we commonly already have available, and what follows are wonderfully appealing recipes to use them in ways we often haven't, with other ingredients that are readily available at the local grocer.My ONLY reservations about this book are that, given my need to limit animal fat and wheat in my diet, I have to exercise caution in using these recipes too often. And they are SO tempting! I'm looking at ways of modifying with gluten-free breads, low-fat or veggie versions of meats, etc. All doable where I live, with three health food stores close to hand.

fun and delicious!
I'm loving this cookbook! The recipies are fun and creative, and I find them well written and easy to follow. Also, it's a very nice book to look at with beautiful photography and a thoughtful layout. Recipies, while fun, are all pretty easy to make and nothing requires extravagant ingredients or uncommon kitchen equipment--perfect!!

Who doesn't like breakfast for dinner!!
I love the cookbook. It is original and most of the recipes are easy to make. My kids love going through the book and picking out their menu for a dinner they love. The combinations of foods put together is delightful. Again, the recipes are easy overall to prepare and many things you can substitute foods in place of others for allergies, such as a milk allergy.Anyone who does or doesn't have kids, likes new tastes, and love breakfast will love this bookBente Doolan

Exciting new ideas
I love to cook. I saw this ookbook in a wine tasting room in Napa. I browsed through it, but was on vacation, so I didn't buy it. When I got home, I pulled it up on my iPad ebooks. Just with the sample, I knew I has to have the hard copy. It is beautifly written, great pictures, and wonderful recipes. I will probably get more as gifts!

Love this recipe book and the authors' concept. It is not about ordinary breakfast fare. Rather, this innovative collection of recipes incorporates unique and creative variations on the breakfast theme that are sure to make dinner an interesting and enjoyable experience. Recipes are beautifully illustrated.with easy to understand instructions and attention to detail. .
