Faber 12 Place Settings Dishwasher (DISHWASHER FFSD 6PR 12S, White)

Don't buy this machine because this machine has warranty of 1 year and the warranty mentioned on amazon website is of 2 year.On delivery you will receive warranty card of 1 year inside the box so be aware. In case of issue after 1 year they will deny warranty coverage of 2 year as mentioned on the Amazon website.At present the Faber dishwashers water inlet pipes drive/sensor is not functioning so machine is not working for last 10 day's. I have placed service call with Faber, but no proper support.While purchasing this machine 18 months back from amazon I have got 24 months comprehensive warranty.While purchasing I have also taken 1 year extended warranty from acko, so as per records of documentation Faber has offered 24 months comprehensive warranty, then the extended warranty of acko resume. I checked with amazon and they confirmed that vendor warranty is still active, but Faber company people are saying that this machine is having 12 months warranty. I am struggling to get the repair work done as per warranty offered.I have got all the phone call recording of amazon, Faber and acko.If Faber is not fulfilling its promise I will publish all call recording on YouTube.

I bought this dishwasher in amazon sale and bought for 26900, first I am a fan of Faber brand products are super awesome. When we planned to buy Bosch, but then I came across this dishwasher and after a little research we went ahead with this dishwasher.It does job so well a 2:30 hour programme- pre wash , rinse, wash with hot water, soap wash, rinse and completely dry the utensils. I just put the utensil in the machine and a fortune dishwasher tablet in it that’s it. A life saviour in this lockdown.

Installation of products by local OEM personnel has always been unpleasant. This purchase is no exception. The inlet hose and drain seldom mate our household plan. But local service will not due that glue-ing. Had to get it done by a plumber.Second the extra charge of Rs. 850 for Salt and Detergent kit is nowhere mentioned in the sale clause. Such miscellaneous charges are against the spirit of free installation. So, I requested service not to come for installation and installed the dishwasher myself.Maybe the warranty also has become void now. But my electronics engineering ward say “The control panels is just 4 switches and an LCD display. If any electronics fails, we will replace it with an Arduino Hack!!”The dishwasher is less complicated in design than a top loading washing machine. Yet it costs more and there are few players, giving rise to stubborn multinationals. There is vast scope for a made in India dishwasher.

The machine is not working for the last 3 months now, and the after sales support is pathetic here in Patna.The technician does not have any technical knowledge and are unable to service my machine.Please refrain from buying this dishwasher as the after sales support is pathetic and the dishwasher stops working often after working fine for around 15 months.

I had taken a chance on Faber as a brand because it was available during lockdown. I am regretting that decision as their technician came after the 12 month period was over to say that they would charge 15,000 to fix the machine. Would rather buy a high quality product than to give them another 15K.

One piece was broken from inside due to that error was showing continuesly and dishwasher was not able to start

Product is good and perfom all opration silently and a++ rating for electric consumption

Delivered on 26 May But no one responded for installation till now. Retun wondow is also closed. We do not know what to do with the product. Still in carton.
