Is this really a triple pack?

Amazon ripped me off. Paid for a triple pak listed in the ad, and only got one mic... obviously they still haven't fixed it.. they brushed it off, blamed the supplier and refused to deliver the product paid for... terrible experience... yes it says triple-pak, but it is most definatley not... shame on amazon for passing the buck and not taking responsibilty and/or appropriate action/service response to their own admitted error... All their billions, and they can't honor an ad They Listed and instead blame the supplier...? Poor... I'd think twice about ordering

I'm shopping for an aspiring singer-drummer and I already purchased this, but is there anything else I need for him to get started?

A mic cable and a mic stand would be something they'd need. Unless they have them already.

Does this mic need a interface? Like the Scarlett 2i2?

My instrument condenser mic requires that phantom power be on, and when it's on, both channels have 48v. Will phantom adversely affect this mic?

The phantom power is necessary to drive the preamp in your condenser. Your Beta 57 has no preamp, so there is no effect... and no harm. Being able to turn the phantom power off, with the switch, allows you to plug in your condenser without getting that loud pop from your speakers. Just plug in any mic or instrument that has a preamp, before switching on the phantom power.
