Visol Ambiance Black Decorative Lighter

This candle lighter is so beautiful I left it in plain view. I loved it because I did not have to hunt for a candle lighter every night. It did not take more than a month and it quit working. I can see the spark of the ignition but it will not light. I also know there is gas flowing through it because if I hold down the safety mechanism and the ignition button it will stay lit if I light it with a match.I am disappointed because it truly is a pretty candle lighter and worthy of being left out on the table, but not if it doesn't work...

When you get tired of hot matches on the counter and burning your fingers you'll consider this purchase. It is a beautiful piece of necessary equipment if you have candles. I've even lit the BBQ a few times with it, but don't tell the wife;) This is as beautiful to have as it is to use. Easy to fill with the same canister I use for gas cigarette lighters. (wish the review pane had a spell checker..)

Would not hold the Butane fluid, as soon as I put it in it you could hear it coming back out. Beautiful to look at, but could not use them.

This lighter is a great looking product. It ran out of butane too soon after purchasing it. Refilling it up again has been difficult to achieve. I don't know if it's the lighter or what?

Do not buy, leaks butane immediately. completely useless, and amazon does not accept returns on this item, because it is classified as a flammable object. (although there is absolutely no butane in the lighter.)

Very attractive and works nicely at a great price.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought two of them and neither worked at all!

I see that several people have complained about these lighters...I have never had a bit of trouble with mine...they are beautiful to leave out and certainly easy to use and refill. This company stands behind their product 100% so contact them (not the place where you purchased it) and they will advise you how to return it for repair or replacement. Give it another chance...they are AWESOME...and will be my Christmas gift for those people that are always difficult to buy for. There is a style and color for EVERYONE on your list.
