Does it work with dewalt dws520k saw?

I do not think it will, but not positive. Dewalt has their own guide rail system which will probably work better for you.

Do these rails come with clamps?

They do not come with clamps. I got mine without the clamps, then a week later bought the clamps. (Expensive but worth it ) I rip 8 ft. sheets of plywood and the clamps make it easier.

Does this guide rail come with the connectors needed to attach to another rail to cut a full 8' sheet?

Can I use this with a Makita cordless router?

This is using 2 different systems and might have safety issues I only have the festoon guide and not the makiita so I can’t comparison the 2
