Metabo us606467800 7 in. concrete preparation: is this unit complete with blades and dustless?

Does not come with blades but does come with the vacuum shroud in the photo. The shroud is super hard to get on. I had to use oil around the rim and put my whole body weight (215lbs.) into it to pop it on. It works fantastically when combined with a Ridgid vacuum that can fit a Ridgid hepa filter and hepa bag internally. I had trouble finding a blade to fit it. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY YELLOW DEWALT CUP BLADE. They are too thin height-wise. I finally found one that fits and listed the link below. With that blade, it has a brass ring that you pop out of the middle of the blade and then use the 7/8" arbor kit that is sent with grinder. Also, I used all but 2 of the washers that came with the grinder to get the right height on the blade in order for the vacuum suction to work. https://www.amazon.com/Concord-Blades-GCH070AHP-T-Turbo-Diamond/dp/B00LQKVBVK/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?keywords=Concord+gch070ahp&qid=1568927134&sr=8-1

Yes. It is awkward, and doesn't hinge open easily.
