I was shopping for a pair of do it all kitchen scissors. The kind that could cut through fish skin and bones, as well as chicken or pork. Then to wash them, throw them in a drawer somewhere, and after weeks of non use come out clipping coupons or homework assignments with ultra sharp, precise lines. I got that and my mind blown at the same time. These are THE BEST pair of scissors I have ever purchased. Hands down. Sharper than anything Ive used before and they can cut through just about everything with no effort. Easy to clean as you can break them down by twisting the metal nut at the pivot point, and of course, tighten if they ever do wiggle loose, but I have not had to adjust anything on them since I purchased them and I use them multiple times per day. I know they are labeled as fabric/heavy duty scissors, but since I wanted kitchen shears/utility scissor combo, I thought I would try these out and see how they do as they looked beefy and had good reviews. Every time I take them out and cut something, I break out in this huge smile because of how effortlessly it glides through whatever I'm cutting. My old scissors, even when brand new, hard a hard time cutting saran-wrap(whatever the off brand version is called) as it would fold over and slip between the blades. This could also happen with thin reinforced cardboard especially at the tips because it would just bend the blades outward ripping its way through instead of cutting. These hardened-steel scissors will cut perfectly every time. Kind of silly getting excited about a pair of scissors, but it just goes to show you how much junk is being shoveled to us and when a real tool shows up at a good price, it overly impresses. If you are looking for large utility scissors, precision scissors, kitchen scissors, perfect garden scissors or even scissors for the toolbox or garage, this 1 set does it all and with its rust protection, it'll be around for a while. If your like me and you fall down the rabbit-hole of endless options side by side from Amazon/eBay/Walmart/Target/Kohls etc. Stop and buy these. I have no affiliation with these seller or manufacturer, but you cannot find anything better at this price point. I doubt you can really find anything better at 2-3x the price as scissors can only do so much! Buy these and close all the lists. You will be happy you did. UPDATE: Aug 23rd 2026- Just thought I would come back and give an update as to the longevity. My sexy little cutting tool is still going strong! Not as sharp as it once was, but not by a lot as it still cuts anything and everything. When it was brand new, the weight of the handle itself could was enough for it to cut through paper. Now though, I have to actually cut with them but considering what I put this poor girl through, Im suprised it still works half as good! Anti-rust coating is still intact and I have zero rust anywhere. Even after hundreds of washes/wipedowns/soaks, perhaps some slight staining to the finish on the inside of the sheering edge, but you can only notice it if you open the scissors and look really hard. Still rock solid with zero play and no wiggle what so ever. I have used these to cut whole chickens up, whole fish tails, frozen meats, cardboard, lots of paper, hair, clothes, fabrics, plastics(even 1/4" thick), and even some 10 gauge shielded electrical wire. Still works basically like new with no edge deformation, loosening, or scratches. This is no exaggeration when I say that it is probably the best $9 bucks Ive ever spent.

I bought these in 2024 and they are by far my favorite scissors of all time. They are a great quality and are still sharp. I originally bought them for fitting sheep but I’ve been using them for everything else. Fabric, thread, paper, wool, and plastic and they are still sharp, tight, and cut everything smoothly. I’ve bought good singer scissors for my fabrics and it’s used only for fabric and thread, but these scissors cut just as good if not better and so I’m replacing my pampered thread scissors with another set of these just for sewing and keeping my others in rotation for every thing else. Definitely worth the money, especially if you like heavier scissors and not plastic handled lightweight scissors. These are easy to grip and are comfortable making cutting anything a breeze. I’ve never sharpened them and have had to do 1 scrub on them where some rust showed up from me not cleaning them or drying them after clipping dirty wool. Other than that they’ve been pretty much perfect

I wanted a pair of utility scissors, and most are flimsy. I took a chance on these and I will be purchasing more pairs before the price goes up. My hands are on the small side of large and they fit very comfortably. The edge is perfect and the micro serrations hold the work from slipping. The metal is high carbon steel so it should hold an edge better than stainless. These are heavier than your usual fabric scissors, but I prefer the heft, it feels sturdier. I would love a set of these if they had a carbide insert for longer wear. Time will tell how well they last but they feel very durable. I don't know how they made such good quality for such a low price.

This is a heavy duty professional scissors it cuts like butter through the fabric with no effort needed. I cut a satin robe I got a sharp clean cut. Best scissors ever!

My mom had a great pair of scissors that she used for many years while working in the fashion industry and after much use, it got dull and rusted. I ordered these and upon arrival I was so excited and could not wait to give them to her! The are very sharp and cut fabric very smoothly and effortlessly! Also include was a tape measure. Very nicely and carefully packaged. I am definitely going to order a pair for myself! Highly recommend!

A very nice pair of scissors. Well balanced. Large scissors cut through very well. They are a little heavy, but the way they are made makes up for the weight and they are very sturdy. the handles are large enough for anyone's hand and very comfortable to. I highly recommend this pailiuttle r of scissors.

These scissors are razor sharp and built to last. I am shocked at how inexpensive they are. I bought the medium and large size of these. Buy these, you won't be disappointed.

Ces ciseaux sont d'une excellente qualité professionnelle. Leurs lames, exécutent une coupe franche, nette, propre et définis tant sur les tissus délicats comme le tafetas, soie, satin, organza ou ceux plus rigide comme le denim. Leurs lames ultra tranchantes font qu'ils glissent dans le tissus évitant ainsi les encoches, ébarbures communément appelées " coups de ciseaux" lors de la découpe dans de grande pièces de tissus. Seul point important à savoir: Il est important d'ajouter une goutte d'huile à machine à coudre sur un chamois doux et de le passer sur les cotés des lames de temps à autres et de bien essuyer tout excédent afin d'éviter d'imprégner votre matériel. Un conseil, repasser un votre chamois sur les cotés des lames avant de vous en servir. et le tour est joué. En un mot... de vrais ciseaux tailleur pro!
