Love this vitamin. Genuinely feel better and have more energy. Smell is a little rough, but so is every vitamin.

Fantastic multi-vitamin!

BEWARE. Something is wrong with the latest formula. I have been taking this for a couple of years. I had a horrible allergic reaction last time I took it. I had hives all over my arms and face. I noticed other people have reported the same thing. I reached out to the manufacturer asking if anything has changed in the formula and never received a response. I find this not only unprofessional but irresponsible.

Admittedly, I didn't take my vitamins for awhile. I opened them today to start back on them and noticed dark spots I didn't see before. They're in / on most of the tablets. Now I'm not certain if they're any good, even if the best by date is still okay. Anyone else have spots on theirs?
