Chocolate Lightning Hot Sauce - 5 fl oz

I can never find hot sauces with enough heat but I don't like to sacrifice flavor just to burn my mouth. Chocolate Lightning delivers a satisfying shock of heat AND has great flavor. No, it doesn't taste like hot chocolate. Will buy again when this bottle is done, which will be sooner than I anticipated.

If you love classic vinegar sauces and heat plus taste- this is your sauce. I am on my second bottle. What I love about this company, is I use their dried "dust" of their peppers- which are amazing btw- but they use that flavor profile in every bottle of their sauces. This sauce doesn't play around. It has a nice scorpion hit with the bhut that hangs around. Thin and runny so you will go through this very quickly. But I can say- it looks innocent but it has some nice heat. Again, classic vinegar sauce with a lot of nice heat- if vinegar is not your style then you won't like it.

This sauce has their blend of Volcano Dust which is Habanero powder mixed in. Its vinegar forward but not overpowering. This stuff has a nice kick and goes great on wings, tacos or an omelet. Very diverse hot sauce line from volcanic peppers. Will buy more from them.

Flavor: 10/10; Heat: 8/10; Consistency: 9/10. Simply amazing! It has an outstanding flavor (similar to a good gourmet steak sauce). It melds the sweet tang from the Chocolate Habanero mash & blends it with common spices truly making this hot sauce one of a kind. In truth, it seems that this hot sauce is based more on the flavor rather than heat. I can say that the heat is rather appreciable in large quantities; however, not unbearable to those who would regularly consume hot sauces. The consistency is rather liquid for personal taste. But, I would say this product is overall outstanding for all kinds of foods in which I will purchase this again. Thank you!

Not a bad sauce. The addition of ghost peppers kinda waters down the natural earthy flavor of the ghost pepper. Other than that it was a good product.

I like hot sauces and look for ones that have something different about them. The ones at grocery stores rarely match up to anything good. Average people don't like things this spicy so stores cater to that. I heard about Chocolate Habaneros from youtube and decided to try them out. This hot sauce is really flavorful and with the addition of their volcanic dust makes it plenty hot as well. I have had this sauce for a while now and I believe that it has gotten even hotter with time.

If your like me and love hot sauce but Like it more mild or even a little more mild this is not your sauce . I found it too hot but gave it three stars considering other people like it that way ,

This was not as hot as expected. Possibly a mild batch of peppers. Flavor is pretty good but prefer the other brand not on A ma zon as it has been constant with spice and flavor. Would try another bottle if price was lower.
