It's a copy of a used, original release, manual. There are a few notes in it, from a previous user. Printed scanned pictures aren't the best. It's also just held together with bent metal things you get at office depot. Seems reasonably printed and bound for the price. The content is the what the factory provided, so you can't ask for more.
