Front & Rear Brake Kit - 10pc

Pros: Looking at the pads they are obviously ceramic which is true to the advertised type. They are also a coarse ceramic which is suited to the application (2014 F150). Vent groove appears adequate, but thinner than the OE pad. The rotors are well machined and oil coated for storage to prevent rust. (Which needs to be washed off with brake parts cleaner prior to install.) The included hardware seems decent. It tends to only partially snap in, so a pair of needle nose pliers is a good idea. There were also two that fit the pad a little tight causing me to grind a very small amount off or the pad so they release properly after braking. Cons: Parts cleaner and brake fluid ship separately due to Hazmat regulations and arrive later than the main kit. Not a major issue. For this install I used my own parts cleaner and fluid so I can't speak to the quality of that part of the kit. I've seen several reviews that say dust was a problem. I believe that is from the hardware failing to seat properly in the caliper bracket or gripping the pad too tightly. As mentioned above I came across two that were too tight and would have allowed the pad to be held against the rotor if they were not addressed during install. It could also be dry slide pins on the caliper if you didn't lube them during install. To avoid any issues, I ground the coating on the pad to make sure they weren't too tight inside the hardware, completely cleaned and lubricated the slide pins, hardware and contact points on the pad shim. During test drive, they performed noiselessly and smooth as butter.

Do not buy. Installed front and rears 8/2024, replacing fronts as they gone. Not my daily driver, maybe 5,000 miles maximum. Just cost me $576 to replace the front brakes and rotors. Rears looking brand new as they should be. Buy a better quality product and save yourself money. I hope I hear from these people, but I highly doubt it.

Good set. Breaks just squeak which suck. But the company is amazing. Upon arrival my package was messed up. The break fluid bottle got sliced, I contacted the company directly and they offered a $10 credit to replace it myself.

Was a little hesitate to purchase but....so happy that I did make the purchase. I waited to write this review, wanting to get some miles on my truck. We now have over 1500 miles on the brakes & rotors. All items arrived as ordered in the description. All the parts fit perfectly on our truck with no issues at all. Now, we have 1,500 miles on the parts and we haven't had one issue at all. The brake pads & rotors look to be wearing extremely well. Good quality parts. I would buy these again from the seller.
