Alright, I bought this as it was the only one which did not have any negative review, I bought the last piece from Seller A-Bros, the shipping was fast enough even though the seller is from Jalandhar, Punjab and I am in Bangalore, the packaging was safe and was secured. The machine itself is very sturdy and perfect for a great home workout, the installation was quite fast and the customer service is really good for Cockatoo. Please go for it, as I bought this to lose weight for surgery, I had read vthat indoor cycle with high resistance burns 900 Kcals/hour, I am so happy! All praise belongs to God alone.

The item is good and post you purchase it is easy delivered at home. Assembly of this cross trainer is easy as per manual do not start fixing directly but first place the parts as shown in the manual so that you verify if all nuts and bolts are present and then start assembling. Using this on daily basis for atleast 20 mins is good but for me its bush got broken which got replaced in 10 days of time by the after sales service team it was easy to communicate and get it fixed. I can recommend this if you wish to stay fit.

This has been, by far, the worst customer experience I have ever had buying anything from Amazon. The cycle's chain broke after a few uses only. I have been trying to return this product but Amazon will not collect it until it is dismantled and the seller is refusing to dismantle the product without charging significantly, despite Amazon's free return policy. I am in a logjam with neither the seller nor the Amazon customer service willing to follow their own Policy. Lesson learnt - Never buying anything that requires installation/dismantling from Amazon ever again. Will stick to books and small products only.

Good cycle. Working fine for me till now. Really helpful in workout. A good cross/elliptical cycle in medium budget.

It is a do-it-yourself machine. When it arrives, you need to assemble all the parts yourself and when it breaks down, you need to figure out the problem yourself. The company will only help you through the phone. During 11-5 on weekdays.

The product is quite satisfactory. Been using for months yet there has not been any problem yet. It is definitely difficult to assemble especially if people don't have experience with assembling parts. Bought it for discount, so it has value for money.

Recieved this product a week back. And it’s too good. The quality of material is also good and the one thing I loved the most is their installation service. It was very quick .
