Don't be fooled these are not gold. To be fair why would we think they were for that price. They don't even look like real gold. Having said that they are pretty and easy to do up. I have an extreme allergy to nickel - I'll get weeping itchy spots within 3 minutes of going anywhere near it - these do not contain nickel but do cause mild itching if you leave them in too long so are definitely made from some sort of base metal. They should be made to advise as to what they are actually made of.

They are supposed to be gold but my ears have reacted to them and are now swollen and sore. Also, the posts are quite long and tend to have you in the neck if you keep them in overnight. I bought them as they looked similar to earrings I used to have, which I kept in my ears for months.I can normally wear earrings that are not pure gold or silver for a while, but not these.

i have an allergy to nckel and so i bought them as it said no nickel in them after wearing them for 2 days my ears had a reaction and are very sore needless to say i have stopped wearing them and put them back it down to a bad experience

I was really pleased when these earrings arrived. They looked pretty and I thought they were great for the price. Unfortunately, after wearing them a few times, my ears started to itch and I couldn't wear them anymore. This has never happened with gold before, so I suspect they may not be real gold. I ignored other reviews that said this and wished I didn't as I have wasted £18.99.

I wore these earings for 1 night. When I woke up my ears were swollen and weeping. Cheap and nasty, they went in the bin. Described as nickel free, they are not.

Wanted to treat mum to some earrings, saw these twisted hoops and thought they looked good. When they arrived they looked nothing like the picture in fact a totally different pair. Not to my taste but as they are a present for Mothers Day I hoped Mum wouldn’t mind. Opened them up and the ‘gold’ seemed to come off on my fingers! Too late to get anything for Mum now especially as it’s a lockdown. So straight in the bin they went, £18.98 Dow the drain. Oh I’ve seen better quality earrings in Primark for £1.50. Unhappy!

Not gold and hurt my ears this should be specified in the listing..nice looking earrings if u can get away with wearing anything less than 9ct gold though.Bit overpriced for what they are tbh

Nice looking but they are not gold, I had them in a short time, when they started itching, took them out tried again, same thing left them in to see how they would do started hurting,
