Will this download/transfer video from my canon ntsc mini dv camcorder?

The cable will work but only if you have the win10 drivers needed to recognize the camera as a device. It will not work for Sony DV cams so you have to use a DV to composite converter that results in only a 720dpi image so high def is out. Looks like all the 4K new DV cams use bluetooth, HDMI and USB cable to transfer video to the PC edit software.
