Such an easy fix for such a painful problem.
After experiencing crippling pain at the ball of my feet and into my toes whenever I wear shoes for more than an hour, I decided to try these insoles so that weddings and funerals don't turn into events at which I can't walk or stand. They arrived today and I deliberately tried them out with shoes that cause the most pain. I've had them on now for 4 hours and the pain that normally accompanies wearing them hasn't come. Normally the arches of my feet would become too painful after an hour to walk or stand. I'm walking without pain now. At first I did experience a small uncomfortable twinge in the toe joint as my foot left the ground but after a week or so, that sensation was gone). I edited this review 11 months later (June 2019) and I can say the pain has NOT returned while I use these insoles. I'm 54 years old and after reading an article about the soft protective pad of skin at the ball of our feet thinning as we get older, I decided to get insoles. They're not spongy or soft. More like hard rubber. More solid and supportive than those rubbish flat insoles (like thin carpet underlay)... Also they do lift your heals and arch slightly inside the shoe so you need to undo the laces more. They take a bit of getting used to but once you have, they're great.

Real solution for plantar fasciitis and arch support
It’s a simple yet very functional product that has worked from the 1st use. I don’t use it all the time but when I do it really does help with arch support, plantar faciistis pain

As good as high street versions but much better value
I have written hundreds of reviews in regards to items sold through Amazon. The good, the bad and, sometimes, the ugly, in the main informative and of assistance to buyers. This review is based on my personal opinions gleaned as a result of decades of experiences in a professional occupation, using firearms for close to fifty years, outdoor pursuits, DIY, as a consumer, a property owner and raising a family. REVIEW This Pair of Orthodic insoles are sold As a prime item through Amazon at a cost of £5.59 Prime items come with a promise of next day delivery. You cannot rely on the next day delivery promise. There is no indication as to any potential additional postage charges for non prime members. The unit was delivered quickly even after my electing the no rush postal option. I was very surprised to find these to be as well made as they are. They are made of a rubber type material with sufficient movement to be pliable yet not so much so as to be spongy. Three decades plus of wearing boots when on uniformed duties have done my feet no favours thus the P F. These insoles do a marvellous job of providing relief in both shoe and boot type (Le Chameau Wellingtons) footware. I am a U.K. size 10 and the matching pair are an excellent fit. Overall, well made, do what they are meant to do at substantially (50%) less cost that the best value I have found on the high street in well known footware named store. I hope this review is of assistance to you but if so it is likely that Amazon will not allow the review

Okay ish.
You get what you pay for. These are cheap and although they are supporting my flat feet at the moment, they will not last long. They are annoying to keep in place when putting on footwear and are flimsy.

Useless
Only good thing about this product is that it’s cheap. Absolutely useless

Good for trainers and with bare feet.
Quite small support lift , but comfortable to wear and fits inside my trainers and slippers , which full size insoles don't. Unsuitable for my other shoes since the band shows. I wear them around the house with bare feet on warm days (for which shoe inserts would be useless of course).

Brilliantly simple!
I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for a few weeks and had tried some of the physio options such as rolling a ball under my foot or freezing a water bottle, but this simple product has nipped it in the bud - very comfortable, they don’t slip out of place, really effective!
