I love these. They really sound like birds taking off. They are wood and so have a soft and delicate tone that never overwelmes. I'm going to use them in my drum circles to create color and mood during our cool down/meditation time. I endorse them without question. Go Meinl!

Versatile. Playable.
Very neat instrument. Can shake or hang and get a pretty sound like birds taking off. I also use it looped around the clutch, drapped over my hi-hat to change the tone and kill the sustain. Also is useful on the snare drum in the same manner. Game changer for hand percussion sets.
