This collagen powder is easy to mix and doesn't have any noticeable flavour when added to juices, smoothies, and sauces.I've been using it for a little while and collagen in general for a few years to plenty of success, and this powder is just as good as any other I've used.My skin seem hydrated and my joints are more fluid and don't click as much as they used to.If you're looking for a good quality collagen powder, this is a great option.

Maybe it is just me, but I do find powders more frustrating. This one mixes pretty well into a drink, but you do have a hint of powderiness, and although there is not much taste I do wonder whether capcules may be more palatable. There's also the issue of what to do when travelling as regular use over at least a couple of months is often needed before such supplements can be considered as to whether effective. Seems to be a good quality product and does the trick, but as I say I'm not a great fan of powders.

I thought I ordered capsules not a powder so it’s not any good for me

I think collagen is a good product but wish id purchased the tablet version due to the taste / poor flavour, which i should of considered being a product made from the skin of fish that it may not have a reasonable flavour :0/ but I believe the product and manufacturer to be good, I take the product with a little apple juice as a shot, rather than struggle to drink a larger glass of something that doesn't taste nice.

I was expecting this to be something I struggled to drink but this was fine for me mixed in with my fruit juice. It tastes mild, not very strong but is clearly a hint of mild fish in the taste, I would put this with my least favourite juice so I didn’t waste my favourite juice as it does affect the taste but I found this still easily drinkable and surprised at some other reviews saying it’s almost inedible.I took this every morning/afternoon for a few days in a row and noticed every time that not only my skin but my mind cleared almost instantly, and also most importantly I felt my face feels more fresh, less heavy in parts of the face, the skin feels like it can breathe more, and it’s working from deep within, the depth of where it was working felt like it was close to the bone rather than just something to plump up the surface of the skin temporarily until my body has got rid of the drink.Within 10minutes of drinking it, my face always looks quietly but profoundly brighter, well nourished and well fed. It looks like I might’ve had a month of deep relaxation and healthy eating retreat.An hour after taking I feel my skin looks twice as dewy.I highly recommend it as it is certainly noticeable for me every time I take it, and also I have found my skin is now always looking better even on days I have skipped it and I feel unlike other drinks of this kind this is working deep within and probably means it’s more permanent rather than something that makes the skin look good but only when the body is still processing it.

My skin has become softer, smoother and more hydrated since taking this product. It does have a fishy flavour though which is rather unpleasant.

This hydrolysed marine collagen comes in the form of a powder. It contains 20 days supply at the recommended dosage. It arrives in a dark glass bottle with a screw-top lid and is sealed. I have used this brand before and I find the quality of their products excellent.It contains Hydrolysed Marine Collagen, Organic Acai Powder, Organic Camu Camu Powder and Hyaluronic Acid, all which are beneficial to joints, bones, skin and nails. I like to take collagen for my bones and joints and knowing it is also good for skin and nails is always an added bonus. The makers of this collagen powder say they use an advanced hydrolysis process, which breaks down collagen protein powder into smaller peptides, making it more easily absorbable and therefore readily available for the body to utilise effectively. This powder is a rich form of vitamin C which is great to boost the immune system at this time of the year.This powder is free from preservatives, fillers, and artificial colours, which is very pleasing. It is also free from wheat, gluten, lactose and dairy, so it should not trigger any of the major allergies. The powder mixes easily in water, milk and coffee and I have tried it in all successfully. It has a pleasant enough taste and my preferred way to take it is with a plant-based smoothie. One serving of two heaped teaspoons will provide 10g of collagen and this is what is recommended to begin with. Collagen powders and supplements vary hugely in price, but this Kiki one is a reasonable price for the quality and amount in this bottle. I like it that the bottle keeps the powder fresh with the screw-top lid and a bonus is the bottle can be recycled.

I’m a big fan of Kiki Health. I’ve been fortunate enough to use a lot of their products over the years and have implicit trust in their provenance and quality. This is such a big thing when it comes to the Wild West of supplements as there are so many out there that you could choose from. But these are one of the brands that I buy from myself and also recommend to my clients, as I am a nutritional therapist.Now, let’s get the only downside to this out of the way and that is the taste. If you are into functional medicine and biohacking, then this is not something that would be fine for the taste of it but you’ll be looking for a function is in terms of how we can help your health.But it is worth noting that it tastes, vile 😂 I mean it is made of marine collagen so the fact that it’s fishy is a really good thing because it is what it’s made out of. I do this in to my blueberry collagen smoothies and you can’t detect the taste, but for those are a bit more sensitive, maybe you could.But that’s really the only small negative for this.I love the ingredients of this really synergistic and support skin health. Supporting gut health and health. It’s supporting your overall health. I would love this in a bovine collagen instead. Shall keep my eyes peeled to see if they make something like that……
