I did a lot of looking around the internet for this type of chilled tray. Our environment is mostly warm days and I needed something to be able to keep condiments chilled through out our events. I found on line several different types of units. Mostly that had 3 trays, but with unit it came with 4. So I purchased two of these units. They came packaged in bubble wrap and then in a box and then in another box. I opened each unit and took out every tray. I measured the amount that I was able to put in each individual tray about 2 1/2 cups. The day of the event was here and I placed ice in the bottom of tray and then placed each compartment over the ice. I used these for a taco bar. It was 105 degrees on the day of our outdoor event. I had cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, tomato, lettuce, limes, and lemons. I had to change out the ice maybe 3 times over a 4 hour period. I was so happy and impressed with the quality of these Tray. I had SEVERAL people ask me where I purchased these and I have directed them to this seller. My brother wanted to buy one off me that night. LOL - NOT!!! I would like to say the only ONE thing I would change is I had wished there was a slot for a spoon in top of the lid over each compartment. We ended up just putting a few spoons in front of each tray for people to use. But overall I wouldn't change anything else. Great product, great deal, would recommend over and over again.

I run a grade school concession stand for our PTO group at basketball and volleyball games. This works wonderfully keeping our condiments cold with some ice in the bottom. We keep sour cream, shredded cheese, relish, and sliced pickles in the trays and it works exactly as advertised keeping these items cold. On a 14 hour tournament day (our longest day of basketball by far, especially with three overtime games) I only had to change out the ice once around mid-day. The ice kept everything cold for about six (6) to eight (8) hours. Even when melted, the water stays extremely cold and keeps the condiments cold. We use this indoors, not sure how long the coldness would last if used outdoors.

Received mine yesterday, the actual quality overall is good but then I tried to open and close the lid it's not a smooth movement and I can see where it can be easily broken especially with drunk people handling it.

These are made of very cheap brittle plastic that won't last. I ordered 2 and one came broken already which I was worried about reading other reviews. I am returning the broken one and expect the other to break soon to go into the landfill that is already full of China plastics. They need to change it to a more soft plastic or thicker to withstand life.

Made of plastic and somewhat fragile, but as long as you use common sense and don't force anything, it should be fine. Otherwise, regarding size of bowls, they were plenty big enough to hold the condiments for my chili-cook-off, cheese, onions and sour cream. You can slightly over fill because the lid is curved upwards. I used crushed ice in the bottom and it lasted more than 6 hours.Bottom line, great product for what it is.

I ordered 2 and 1 the top was broken. Will send that one back. Other than that, theyre nice 👍🏼

Breaks easily and it appears a lot larger on the pictures. Make sure that you review the measurements to make sure it is what you want.

I bought this product to use at my restaurant to hold lemons and sliced cucumbers for my dishes and its perfect! The compartments are larger than your normal bar condiment trays and best thing yet, is that you can put ice under the tray to keep your condiments from getting hot and creating bacteria. Which is very important in the food industry. Highly recommend!
