Just ok, disappointed.
Received this katana and it was packaged very well, bu no oil on blade to prevent rust. Overall construction fair, the blade feels solid, no loose parts but the blade has some scuff marks on both sides, and also the Habaki has scuff marks on it. When the blade is sheeted and held upside down it just falls out of the saya. It seems to me it might be a Reject from Dragon King or a used one. I just use it to display with my collection but it is a little disappointing, but what can you Expect for $345. I had cheaper katanas that were in better shape than this one. It also rattles when in the saya. I will most likely not buy a Dragon King katana again. It is very nice looking in the display stand though,so I’ll keep it. It says T10 steel in the description but according to Dragon king it is Mn65 steel, so I am not sure what it is, but the Hamon looks nice and the blade came really sharp. Just my 2 cents.

Beautiful differentially hardened katana with quality fittings and natural hamon
I did a lot of research before buying this, my first katana. This is a beautifully crafted piece with very good quality fittings. The Tsuka-ito is nice and tight and nothing rattled on the sword. The blade is very sharp and the natural hamon is very nice. For the quality craftsmanship the price is very good. I will update this review as needed after using the sword in training.

Premium brand spring steel sword
This is a great sword by Dragon King. The war horse lives up to its name. Quality in fit and finish, decent price, and of course, it is sharpand cut with ease.
