October Mountain Products OMP Youth Armguard

Bought this for my six year old to use with his Lil Sioux archery set. My kid is delighted that the green very nearly matches the green used on the bow. It's a very basic arm guard, but does the job for low draw weights. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish the middle were just a bit wider for better coverage and less shaped like a maxi pad.

Was a little big for my 8 year old daughters arms. She has very slim arms, so if your child has small arms it might be a little big. I'll end up having to cut the straps because the plastic ends of the straps get in the way of the string. Other than that the armguard is sturdy she really liked the colors

Ordered this for my 9 year old. It for fine and worked well. I only had one issue in that on small arms it ends up with a lot of extra strap but it didn't really get in the way. A fine product and a very good price.

My daughter loves this arm guard. If I could find a longer one, I would buy it. Also the straps are a tad long for her skinny arms, so it tends to slip over time. Overall, it does the trick!

I bought this for myself as I am very small boned and adult versions don't fit well. This one fits me great. Seems to be of good quality as well.

Fits my 9 year old daughter although it might not fit anyone much smaller. It almost accommodates my forearm, so it will likely work for almost any child old enough and strong enough to be shooting a bow. It is well made and looks exactly like the picture.

Oddly enough (after reading so many reviews here about this being too large), this just didn't work for my 10yr old daughter (she is 5ft tall and healthy...not skinny, not obese)daughter...it was actually small. The straps were fine for adjusting, but the actual protection part wasn't large enough & didn't protect the part of her upper forearm that it needed to. She ended up talking her pawpaw into a shopping trip & conned him into buying her an adult one that she is happy with. The design of this one seems like it would work fine for some, it just didn't work for us.
