Don't try to economise - go straight for the NHS version, even though it'a terribly expensive.

Too small and therefore uncomfortable. The giveaway was that the poly bag covering the helmet actually said it was for an infant! Thought I could buy this and save about £60 over the NHS version. Didn't work out that way. And I was actually risking my life after a brain op.
