I bought a special bottle brush, I've soaked the pieces, I've taken apart the top and scrubbed them and soaked them. And this is all in a single cleaning session... It still stinks... The other thing that I've noticed is that it drips after pouring. Meaning you push the button on the top to pour, pour, the push the button to close. Tip it upside down, and it spills a small amount out. Only a few drips, but when it's milk, that can be enough... There are also 4 holes on the bottom covered by a rubber ring that plugs them. - Liquid seems to get in between the metal and outer plastic and can pool. And stink. I didn't realize this was a thing, then I pulled off the ring and took a sniff. I nearly puked. It really shouldn't be this much of a chore to clean and use. I'd return it if I could.

I liked that it was small, just enough for me. also I like that it had a cup as I only use it for coffee, make it in the morning and still hot for lunch. It does not leak and the hard case is a great extra plus, I use a lunch bag if not using lunch bag I would add the strap and carry it, for sports, hiking

I loved the case of the item. Seriously case is better than the product.
