Hide & Drink, Rustic Leather Whip Holster/Belt Loop Bullwhip Holder Handmade

I think this is very nice looking but maybe too expensive. I've seen many others here for half the price (I noticed that after I had purchased this). I think this looks great so I'm not going to return it for a cheaper one. Just be sure to look around and make the best choice for you.

This bullwhip holster was a great addition to my outfit for our annual Boom Days celebration here in Leadville. I accidentally ordered two of them and used them both to make sure it was secure. Some reviews mentioned that the holster came unsnapped. I found that if I wore it all the way over to the side it was less likely to do that. I just used the second one for extra security. I may have it attached upside down, but seemed to be most secure that way. My bullwhip is nylon and maybe not as heavy as some. The holster fits a standard width belt--probably wouldn't fit a wider belt as well.The craftsmanship and service were both exceptional. It arrived in plenty of time and looks great! I am on the left in the photo and you can see how the whip is attached by the holster to the side.

The design, production and manufacturing is really great; top notch. Really works well for carrying my Yeti cup handle (I usually leave my bullwhip at home).My only concert is the brass button snap. It's larger size is great, but it seems really easy to snap and unsnap ... almost too easy. Normally, I'd consider this a really good thing, but I absolutely don't want it popping loose if my Yeti cup gets tugged or snagged on something.I've used it a week and a half around summer camp so far and it works great. It's not come loose, yet... We'll see...

I've got to say the only things I dislike about this line of whip holder is that they could be longer to allow a double wrap for more security, and maybe a second heavy duty button snap for extra retention. I've dropped my five foot snake with a couple of times because something bumped it and nocked the snap open.

I don't usually put reviews up, but this item was really disappointing. This item would not stay closed/snapped for more than a few seconds or steps. If you plan to be standing still all day, this might work for you, but as I bought it to hold a whip securely that I'd be using this isn't up to the job. I have ordered another from a different vendor.

I experienced an issue with my holster and contacted H & D asking about possible solutions. They were very quick to respond and went so far above and beyond what most would consider "reasonable customer service" to resolve the issue. The quality of the product is top-notch and surpassed only by their stellar customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This is a really nice product. High quality at a great price with fast shipping. I bought this for my husband’s Indiana Jones costume. I didn’t want to waste my money on a cheap cosplay version for his costume so I went all out and bought the real thing on pretty much everything for his costume. I took a picture of the belt loop bullwhip holder with a 10 ft bullwhip and it’s absolutely perfect. Love this product. Exactly what I wanted.
