Arrived in all its original packaging, no signs of damage from delivery, the item itself is great, can buy cartridges online and download games, take pictures and its well built. Make sure you register online before attempting downloads and you need to buy a charger pack separate or be prepared to go through lots of aa batteries

Purchased this at the end of Jan for my sons birthday which was yesterday. Ordered three games yesterday to arrive on next day delivery, only to find this product is faulty and won't accept the cartridges. Called Vtech and they confirmed it was faulty, I now have a very upset little boy, with no birthday present!

Great delivery and packaging, the item looks great and looks like it could take a lot of bumps but can't really comment on the way it pro forms as its a Christmas present

brought for special needs son who is a bit heavy handed, it takes all the knocks. better then him going on line, we don't end up with downloads etc which are not required. He has lots of games and programs installed all which are learning.

My son loves it but find it quite stupid and a rip off the fact the charger does npt come with it!

Brillaint for kids, with a good range of games you can get. And you get some games with the upgrades. Kids love it, learning while having fun.

Brilliant, read reviews about all the different innotabs before purchasing the 3s, outcome being the 3s bought for my 2 year old, he loves it, thank you.

Dont waste your money and time.there is no battries and no charger included.original battries about £47 + charger is about £10 pounds.which is absolutely horrible. So totall sum to buy innotab 3s is 74+47+10=£131Better buy Samsung tab 4 or something else for 131 pounds
