While the compression sleeve offers relief from elbow pain, the Velcro strap is of little use. In fact, as shown in other reviews, the Velcro frays the sleeve material quite badly. Secondly, unlike other elbow compression sleeves I've worn before, this one causes skin itch that may lead to a rash. The compression fit is very good and provides for pain relief. UPDATE. Have now used these elbow compression sleeves for 3 years. After laundering the elbow sleeves and giving them another my skin was not irritated. The elbow sleeves offer excellent compression and support. I've worn them during workouts at the gym, off the tennis court, and even during sleep - easy to use and very comfortable. I don't use the velcro straps as they were fraying the material. Initially the sleeves started to "pill" from wear though that has not been an issue. The sleeves have served me very well. Would recommend.

This is somewhat helpful for the pain in my elbow/arm. Because I am of a smaller stature, the sleeve is too long and requires me to roll it down so it doesn't go clear into my armpit. The strap is helpful, but again the sleeve is too long for me. After awhile, the inside of my elbow got irritated because of the shifting. Again, the sleeve is somewhat helpful, but my anatomy proves difficult to fit.

Needed a brace that would help me continue to lift weights while mending my tennis elbow. I was reluctant to buy these at first because the sizing chart seemed incorrect. My arms measured 15in, which is the maximum XL size according to the chart. I have pretty average sized arms in my opinion (based on my observation of others at the gym). I would have ordered a medium had I not used the chart. Glad I measured first, XL fit perfectly. The strap has helped minimize strain while I hit the bench press, do push-ups/pull-ups, and use other machines. I still feel pain while doing bicep curls with free weights though. I use the sleeve 3 times a week and haven't noticed any degradation in quality after 18+ sessions. Pretty good for the price IMO. UPDATE: Had an issue with one of the sleeves and contacted the company for support. I was provided with a prompt resolution from Bodypro's support (Lisa). Excellent response time and quality service. Glad to know that there are still companies that stand by their product!

I ordered this twice. The first time I had to return it because, even though I followed the measurement guidelines, it was way too small; I returned it and received a refund. The second time, because I really did like the item, I ordered a larger size. It wasn't much better but I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning and reordering again so I kept it. All the other aspects of the brace are great; namely, range of motion, pain relief, etc.

Love them, significantly reduces my elbow tendinitis pain.

This product is awesome. I've tried all kinds of different elbow wraps that were much more expensive than these wraps and I can honestly say that these wraps are fantastic for the price. You get two sleeves in the package, which is definitely appreciated. The sleeve itself is very comfortable and is not made of neoprene. It easily slides over your elbow to allow you to position the strap wherever you need it. The strap can easily adjust to a very tight feeling to almost no tightness at all, which is great when weight lifting. You can easily untighten the straps between sets and then tighten them up when lifting the weight for support. Time will tell how long these straps will last before I need to order another pair. I will put them "through the ringer" and I will report back my findings on their durability.

These look great online, and they are nicely made and comfortable. However--I ordered Large 'though our measurement was between Med and Large. Should have ordered ex-large, they are so tight. I advise going up one size when ordering.

This is a good brand and the only reason I bought them was because of the knee sleeves! They are awesome 👌!!!!! These sleeves are really good for elbow support and doesn't roll down as much as others brands.

Alors oui, bien sûr, il y a plus sexy que ce genre d'équipement dont tout le monde se passerait volontiers, mais... objectivement son efficacité est redoutable (NB : ne me faites pas dire ce que je n'ai pas dit ; cela ne soigne pas mais ça soulage). J'étais pourtant dubitatif avant l'achat à la lecture de certains commentaires ; d'une part à cause de ceux se plaignant d'une taille peu adéquate (en même temps... le guide des tailles est là pour être consulté...) ; d'une autre à cause de ceux se plaignant que le scratch abime la coudière et/ou qu'il devienne pelucheux (il est sûr que si l'on place la partie "mâle" du velcro sur le tissu plutôt que sur sa partie "femelle" il faut s'attendre à quelques déboires ; mais n'ayant jamais été confronté à aucun de ces deux soucis en plusieurs semaines d'utilisation maintenant, j'aime à croire que... ma foi... mon cerveau fonctionne plutôt bien...). Bref ; ces coudières font assurément - chez moi au moins - parfaitement leur job et - compte tenu tant de leur prix que de leur efficacité - je ne peux que très sincèrement vous les recommander. [PETITE ASTUCE (ce sera mon cadeau bonus du jour...)] : Si le fabricant a jugé opportun (on se demande pourquoi...) de coudre une étiquette blanche sur laquelle figure la composition de ses coudières (perso je l'ai enlevée parce qu'elle me grattouillait...) ; il a en revanche fort intelligemment cousu une étiquette noire sur laquelle figure sa marque. Évidemment tout le monde se moque de montrer la marque de sa coudière (d'autant - qui plus est - que vu son emplacement elle sera fatalement cachée...) ; MAIS ladite étiquette noire étant cousue précisément dans l'axe du coude, elle vous sera d'une grande utilité (y compris dans le noir) pour vous en servir de guide et correctement orienter votre coudière avant de la placer et de la scratcher".
