I have bought this item more than twice. Worked really well and would have vivid dreams.

I have heard that black see oil helps and I hope it’s doing a good job. With supplements, it’s difficult to tell from the outside. I will say I’ve needed to be careful with these capsules so they aren’t squished tightly in my pill box. Twice I’ve opened my daily pill box to find an oily mess. The capsules leak easily under pressure. But it was probably my fault.

great product, been using for years; however its getting a tad pricey. Will start to look elsewhere.

I like the “air bubble” feature built in to the capsules so that the black seed oil freshness is maintained longer per the manufacturer. Very potent!

The previous version deserves five stars, but the new loses stars for using gelatin. The whole reason I chose this brand was because it says it’s gluten free and VEGAN.

Since I’ve been taking these black seed oil vitamins, I have been more energetic and feel so revived. We I go to my doctor visits, I leave with a smile. My doctor told me to keep taking these vitamins and I will live a healthy life. They are easy to swallow
