Purchased for an 14 year old for the upcoming season. These work great and he loves the comfort and we love the healthy knee aspect.It takes a little while to figure out the straps, partially because the instructions are not the greatest.They are pretty thick which is great for the knees but they take up a lot of sort of awkward space in the gear bag.Using the knee savers for years I will say that they seem to last 1 season though that is about 25 games catching.

Comfortable but not practical
My son loves being able to sit on these when catching but most of the time they just get in the way of playing. He is constantly readjusting them and tripping over them.
