Oh how I wish I had purchased this year's ago!!My 8 year old cat and 4 month kitten love drinking from this fountain. I've read on some reviews that it's noisy! It ain't.. If placed directly on laminate or tiles it is. The vibration of the pump makes it noisy I've put a piece of small mat ( the ones used to place cat food trays on. u can buy them for a pound),It's gone very quiet since.If you place the wires properly underneath, it will be very quiet. You have to refill it every few days as water evaporates . Keep it topped up to the lines on the side as it makes it easier for the cats to drink from it.Both my cats love it and YES I would definitely recommend it. Worth the monies.

Pros:- Cats love it as they prefer a constant stream of "fresh" water- Filter catches lots of cat fur/bugs- So far it's lasted a long time without breaking (many comments on it not lasting)- Easy to assembleCons:- Loud when water runs a little low, constantly have to top up- Some disassembly required to clean/refill which makes transporting to the sink cumbersome- Filter doesn't last long before it turns yellow, unsure how safe it is- Little pricey for cheap quality plastic and pump- Not that much surface area for cats to drink from- The container is a decent size but it requires to be near full to maintain a steady stream of water out of the spout. Essentially needs to be 80%+ Full at all times

Perfect item. Quiet and does exactly what it is supposed to do. The cat is happily drinking from it....much better than using the toilet 🙄

I was concerned that my British Shorthair family were simply not drinking enough water, and that this would inevitably lead to later health problems, as water is the key ingredient to health for all living things. My thoughts were that the cats distrust still water as potentially stagnant; that hunching over a bowl is uncomfortable and that flowing water would likely taste nicer for them. So I bought this fountain. It arrived almost instantaneously and the three little ones were attracted to it and drinking from it in no time. We have two fountains in the house for them and the water level on this newer purchase is going down faster than the other one, even though both fountains are adjacent. My thoughts as a pet owner is that if you can spend 20 quid here and there on the little ones for infrastructure to improve the quality of their life, then you should do it. After all, your pet will be here for part of your life, but for him, you are his life.

The media could not be loaded.  It's an excellent thing for pets. I only gave my cats today, I don't know if they will drink from it but I think there will be no issues with that. One of my cats loves water, loves to play with it, the other one usually only drinks from the tap so I believe this fountain will be loved.

Easy to put together. Holds plenty of water. I've seen my cat drink more from the fountain than I saw him drink from his bowl that he used to use.

WELL my sister recommended this and I thought lets have a go, my cats did not drink that much water, I already had changed their plastic bowls for ceramic, as the vets told me they were better, they started to drink a little more but one of my cats should drink more as he does not eat a lot of wet food, well this worked for me, the cats drink more and a lot as well, Its not noisy and heard it this morning but when I checked it was because the water had to be topped up, I changed the water every 2 days and give the filter a rinse, am so pleased my sister told me about this as its worth the money, does not cost a lot to run.

Unfortunately my cat still wont drink from it but I'm hopeful, she gets closer and closer to drinking each day 🤞That's nothing to do with the actual product though. The fountain itself is fab! Lovely and quiet, cant hear the motor at all just a teensie trickle from the water which is lovely and soothing. Super easy to assemble, easy to use, looks cute, keeps water lovely and fresh, clean and cool 👍
