It stop working on my 2008 town and country after just using for 1 week

Common cause for failure is moisture and water condensation in the headlight housing. If you have a condensation problem with your housing, did you take the time to dry it out completely and seal it up tight so no new moisture can re-enter? This thing works with very high voltage, if it died again in a week even a small bit of water would probably be the number one reason it did.
