Royal Family - Fruit Mochi Lychee Flavor 7.40 Oz Z (Pack of 1)

This is my absolute favorite type of mochi, and now my favorite thing to order on Amazon. The mochi outside tastes like lychee, and the inside tastes about 50% lychee, and 50% honey to me. I bought 1 package to try, and then after trying it i ordered three more packages. I feel like I found true happiness in mochi form! Please don't ever stop selling this. Please note that if you've never had lychee before these, i recommend you try the lychee gummies that come in a pink bag, so you'll know if you like it or not. I don't think this mochi is for everyone, but it's definitely the mochi for a lychee lover like me!

I have never had lychee before but it's described as citrusy and sweet... these tasted like pine sap to me and left a acrid taste in my mouth. That being said they are pretty. I like the texture of other mochi I have gotten better though.

I am on a middle ground with this product. It shipped rather quickly and, the packaging is very cute as is the mold they used for the mochi. They would be a visually cute addition to a tea party. As for taste however, it is lacking. It is just sweet with no real flavor other than that. The fruit flavor reminded me of dragon fruit. Pretty but non existent in taste. The mochi was good and squishy though 😊

I love lychee and was looking forward to this mochi. I didn't enjoy the flavor... the rice paste was good as any other mochi and the flower design was pretty. But it was lacking on lychee flavor, too bland. I know Asian mochi is not as sweet as other things we are used to eat here in USA, but that's what I love about mochi. This particular flavor was a bust for me... didn't like it. I have purchased other Royal Family products and this is the first time I don't like one of their products. No, I'm not going to stop buying their products, just not this flavor. I ate one and didn't like it, then a second one to make sure and no, still didn't like it. So I thew away the whole box. These taste amazing. Love that it’s not very sweet. Even my parents loved them. Will definitely be ordering more!

I liked everything about this! It helps that it is my favorite flavor and that it isn’t as sweet as other flavors that I have tried. This is a repeat buy for me when I want to indulge myself with something sweet but not overly sweet. Will buy again

Gross. Hard. Sticky because of no coating. Just gross....

These were pretty good and soft. The flavor wasnt as strong as I thought it would be. Other then that they were pretty good.
