These are great for sleeping at night as well as for the heat and cooling effect during the day. They keep my eye from being so dry in the mornings from my eyes not being able to fully close, the heating pads help to replenish some of the moisture loss so I can start the day fresh, and the cooling effect helps in the evening to refresh my eyes as well. However, they cannot possibly cost so much to make that you have to charge the customer over $100!

This has been a game changer! My optometrist has been after me for years to wear an eye mask to decrease dry eye (syndrome). I’m not claustrophobic, but this product is more like goggles than a whole head eye mask - and is much easier to wear and adjust than other products. I also work night shifts, so sleep during the day. This product is a great light blocking eye mask.

I got this mask in August when my partners sloppy eyelid syndrome was causing dry eye at night. He complained bc he couldn’t keep it on his head at night. You pull to adjust the fit and yet it really doesn’t stay on well when sleeping at night. This mask isn’t even 6months old and the strap broke today when we needed it most. If it had been easy to keep on and durable this would be a good product for the money. But I can’t see paying 90+ for a mask that doesn’t fit well and has a broken strap as new as it is.

After researching thermal masks, I was impressed by the combination of heating methods, moist heat, and good reviews. In use it is very disappointing. The mask is more structured than others, it is comfortable, and has two heating methods. The benefits end there, and do not justify a price of nearly $100. There are two gel packs, one for each eye. You can choose a chemical reaction pack called an Instant (blue), or a microwave pack called Beads (green). The packs are placed in a small cotton "sock," which is difficult, because the fit is very tight. The covered packs are submerged in water for moist heat. I used the microwave packs, because the chemical packs must be boiled after every use. Then each pack is placed in a socket on the mask. When I used the mask for the second time, one of the gel packs burst in the microwave (1000W) after less than 60 seconds of the recommended 90 seconds. I tried another one and it burst also. In consequence, this mask cannot reliably be used in the microwave. But even if it could, I found a $20 mask from Optase that is more comfortable, has a larger coverage area over the eyes, uses beads that release moisture from the air without soaking, and is much more convenient. Just put the whole mask in the microwave and then put it over your eyes. Bottom line: the Tranquileyes mask is poorly made and very over-priced product.

This comprehensive package works well for moist packs however, I am sensitive to pressure and they’re a bit intense for me Still, I use them, And they are working very well The green ones do not require extra chores to keep them ready for you I think it’s a bit expensive for what you get I don’t see the foam pieces lasting or than a year or so Little bits of black foam already left on my face after I use them This should not be happening starting on the first wearing!

It took a little getting used to sleeping with the mask but I don't rub my eyes anymore in the middle of the night! One tip, when you wash it, use a towel to squeeze/soak up a lot of the water from the foam so it will dry faster. I didn't do that the first time and it was still wet when it was bed time.

I was skeptical but it really works on my dry eyes. They feel so much better at night now.
