Works 98% of the time. But light switch locks up every month or so.
The app works great to control my switch. It even notifies me if the switch loses internet connection. Unfortunately this is sometimes due to the switch becoming unresponsive, even through the touch sensors on the device. Cycling power on the breaker feeding the light switch allows it to reboot and restores function. This happens every 4 or 5 weeks.Overall for the price I am super happy with the app and the device. If power goes out at the house for more than 30 minutes or so, the app lets me know that the switch is offline. With the switch connected to wifi and the internet, the app allows you to control the switch from anywhere you have internet access.

Works lights, 2 together or individually
This was very easy to install. I have two fluorescent lights in my kitchen that I wanted to add to my Smart Devices. We've installed many smart devices (as you can see from my picture), and SmartLife works perfectly with our Echo Dots. The only problem we had was making the connection with our Wifi. The directions show to a picture of a "Pairing Button", and there isn't any. I tried holding down the On/Off button but it didn't pair. I quickly sent a message to the company and they answered immediately (didn't have to wait 24 hours). They told me to 'Hold down" the button a while. I guess longer than I was trying. I did this and it paired immediately. It paired both buttons. On my SmartLife App it works either both lights together named Overheads, or singularly as Switch 1 and Switch 2. I have them programmed individually, and I can tell Alexa to turn off Overheads and both go off. It's not for a dimmable light.* I write reviews to let you know how this product was for me. and to aid you in making your decision, to buy or not buy.

Pluses and minuses
This device is a bit bulky so fitting it is tougher than most switches to install, it sets up easily with wifi and Alexa. The main issue with this device is that it will get stuck. I researched this after my own encounter and it’s a fairly common issue. The easy fix for me was to turn the breaker off and back on after a few seconds. This isn’t practical for everyone or even every switch in my house, but for this one it wasn’t a big deal. To explain a little further- it left one switch on, and the other two were in the off mode. It wouldn’t work by voice, app, or by touch. Once I turned the breaker on and off everything went to working as usual

Disconnects Constantly
The item is easy to install and works well via touch, however the wifi connection constantly disconnects and the connection from Alexa works for a few days then you have to delete the switch and remove all the wifi settings to relink it. I have only had the switch for a month and have had to reconnect it from scratch to Alexa 3x now. Wifi signal is very strong and all other switches in the same area and even further outside the house in the detached garage work just fine and don’t have this issue. Seems it is an issue with this particular item. All other switches are Kasa Switches. They didn’t make a dual integrated one which is why I purchased this one.

Easy install..works great...one flaw
These worked real well...installation and wifi hook up was fairly easy. The only gripe is that I wish the buttons were illuminated when switch is off..and not the opposite ( so you can see them in the dark to turn on)...but no biggie, would purchase again

Not a bad product
Personally I prefer a switch with a tactile button. However there were limited wifi enabled switches that supported the two circuit / single gang configuration, so I thought I'd try this rather than changing out the gang box. Most of my switches are Lutron Casetta, they are nice, but are expensive and require a hub. By contrast this was a fraction of the cost, and had no trouble whatsoever getting it integrated. Instruction say to use smartlife, but I already use Tuya, with a number of devices and Alexa integration so I added it there. Adding the switch is completely intuitive if you have used it for any other devices before. The app on my phone was still finalizing when I heard one of my Amazon Echo's announce three new devices found. Couple taps in the app and I had them renamed and a couple more in Alexa to convert the switches to light mode. Bottom line if you've touched a smart device before this thing practically installs itself. That said caveat on the wiring. The switch body is pretty bulky. If you have a lot of wires in the box it can get a bit tight. Also like most smart switches you will need a common wire in the box. If you do know look for a couple wires crimped or wire nutted and not connected to anything. They'll usually be pushed to the back of the box, and in the US at least they are usually white. If you don't see this you'll probably need to rewire (or consider the Casetta dimmer switches that can work without a common).Only reason this is not a 5 for me is I really would prefer the feel of a physical switch. That said it's pretty sleek and not cheap feeling, so it's more a matter of taste/preference.

Does the job, works well with Echo Dot
You need to make sure your existing switch has a neutral wire available in the junction box, (usually white wire, but not one that connects directly to the switch) After install, it was surprisingly easy to install the app and then integrate it with Alexa. It is a bit awkward sometimes manually turning on and off the lights because your fingers can slide around a bit on the switch cover. On mine there is no backlight on the buttons. I wish there was an option to turn backlights on and off. The WIFI indicator does not light up on mine during normal use. It lit up one time when it lost connection to my router. I had to reset the switch and program it again, then it worked fine again. Overall, I would give it a 4 and a half out of 5 stars, and I would purchase it again.

a crap product
I bought tow of this switch and installed them at 16 January, 2022. They gave me a problems endlessness. First, failed to set up the app in the phone because the weak wifi reception (time out). The problem solved by adding a wifi extender by the side of the switch. Then, it required reset the power off all most every alternative day. Moreover; the cover face fell down form the wall by no reason because this switch is set automatically on and off, so there is no need to touch it. So, as a result ; this quality of this product is so poor! Never buy it.
