Best product. Pump is a little problematic but just soak it in hot water and it is good to go.

I have been buying and using intimate wash products for about ten years. When I started, I was fortunate to find a cleanser that was created by an OB/GYN - it had no scent, it never irritated my skin, it was PH-balanced, and it was created with mild antiseptic and antifungal properties. That product was sold to a larger company at some point, I believe the formula was changed, and then it ceased to exist. Since then I have tried 4 or 5 different brands - only those that are Ph-balanced, careful to limit harmful ingredients and only those that are fragrance-free. A couple of those actually irritated my skin, and several of them had a scent. I had settled on a brand I really liked, then encountered a problem ordering it - so back to the drawing board and more searching. When I found Kushae brand, I was very hopeful. Here was a brand that was developed by an OB/GYN, contained none of the usual harmful ingredients (sulfates, parabens, DEA, alcohol, fragrances or dyes), and went even further by not including glycerine (I checked out the claim that glycerine can feed yeast and found an article on PubMed that confirmed this). I ordered and tried it, and am very pleased. This is the gentlest feeling intimate wash I have found since my favorite long ago. It has absolutely no scent. I actually like it better than my old favorite because it is produced as a foam, and I am guessing that means less need for it to lather (thereby not relying on detergent agents). Kushae has been my go to feminine wash for quite some time now. I love the wash itself. It’s gentle, lathers well, a good amount of product for the price and lasts me a while.My issue however is the packaging. Specifically the pump. These pumps are notoriously terrible. I have bought the Kushae body wash many times and I can honestly say that with almost EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE… the pump is broken. I think only my first time buying did I have a pump with no complications. Sometimes the pump won’t even move. Sometimes the pump will move and no product comes out. Somethings the product comes out watery instead of as a foam. Sometimes the pump will move a few times then get stuck and stop working. Honestly any possible issue to have with a foaming pump I have probably had with this product. It’s really disappointing because I do enjoy the product itself and want to continue to support Kushae, but at this point tha poor packaging is giving me more trouble than it’s worth. Especially with how consistently I have this issue.

I was recently diagnosed with vaginal atrophy. I was not able to use ANY soap or cleanser due to the stinging and irritation they caused. This product is amazing! It is soft, no fragrance and does not cause any irritation. The product itself is very thick, so every fre days I have to run hot water over it (or drop it in the tub bath) to warm it up and make it more fluid. The pump is fine, it's the gel itself that is thick. There is no scent, and a couple of pumps of the bottle is more than enough product to bathe those tender parts with. I highly recommend this product. I will be doing a subscription on this one.

I’ve been ordering this feminine wash for over a year now. At first I didn’t have pump issues. But the last few times I did. And yes, they do give instructions on what you can do to help if issue occurs. But here’s my THOUGHT, for the price of this wash(expensive) you think by now they would had figured out a way that customers don’t have to deal with anymore pump issues. Clearly it isn’t working. I will not be purchasing again. And it’s upsetting cause I do like the product and stuck by it long enough but still no change.

Saw this listed in an article about pH for women's genital area. I never knew ordinary bath soap was not really suitable, but it wasn't until I tried this product that I realized how irritating bath soap is. Who knew cleanliness didn't have to sting?The dispenser is troublesome, though that may only be a fluke. I always have to use 2 hands to get any out, because just using your thumb to pump the top while catching the liquid in your hand does not dispense any liquid. Each time I use it, I have to "prime" the pump, and inevitably get a rush of liquid on the 3rd pump, spilling a lot of it. Too wasteful for the price.

I have been using kushae for years (recommended by my gynecologist). I even stop using it and went to a less expensive brand and let's just say, I got what I paid for (3 bottles for the price of 1 kushae). I was disappointed but wanted to use them up before returning to my favorite. Well, I've returned, and I too am having a problem with the dispenser. This sucks and disturbing at the same time. Please keep the formula and change the dispenser IMMEDIATELY. The product is too good to lose customers over a technical malfunction.Signed,A Loyal Customer

This is my 3rd consecutive bottle that doesn't work because of the pump. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. It will not foam and just squirts fluid even after running the pump under water like instructed. I love this brand. Great for my skin but will have to switch if you don't fix the problem,. The first time I thought it was a fluke but now I can see somethings going on. I've been using this for about a year and the last couple months is when I noticed the constant new issue with the pump. Something is going on while manufacturing the product.
