There are about 40 different workouts, with each targeting for each part of the body like hands, legs, shoulders, abdomen, etc. I advice to try them one by one which ever is COMFORTABLE FOR YOU. NEVER FORCE YOURSELF TO DO IT--> Please note, this is not a direct replacement of Gym or Gym equipment. Unlike Gym equipment, the weight loading or tension cannot be adjusted as per your muscle mass. More lenght you stretch, the more the tension is. Position your moves accordingly. But doing it rightly regularly can help strengthen your muscles, but do not expect pretty body building. I received this product about a week ago and since then have used it quite a few times. Well my experience with this band is quite good from day 1. It certainly speaks of quality, based on my experience I have shared my opinions below.✔✔✔✔✔PROS:✔✔✔✔✔✔ The resistance band is made of high grade natural latex, which makes it really durable as well as provides good resistance(for which it is meant).✔ They doesn't smell bad like some other bands out there, which is another extension towards using high grade natural latex.✔ The handles are well made with durable fibre, they are also provide with cushioned padding for a comfortable grip in hand while working out for long sessions. The padding wont let it slip off and will also provide a strong grip even when hand will start sweating which is quite obvious while working out.✔ This resistance band is adjust table to whatever length you want due to the friction triggering system. Basically you can decrease it zero length based on your needs. This ensues proper resistance and length for all heights of people performing various kind of exercises according to their needs.✔ The elasticity is very good, it expand upto a long length still withstanding lot of pressure. I usually work out with weights, this was a first time I tried something like this and I was greatly surprised at how much workout you can do with this piece of resistant rubber tube which you can also do with a dumbell and many more exercises. They have provided a leaflet which has exercises for various parts of your body but there are many more which can be done with this. Just search in Google. Currently I am not able to go to gym and was missing some of the exercises which can only be done there like for triceps, back and shoulders. This is perfect for those. But be very careful while working with this. Remember to carefully attach this to the door and LOCK it else it will come flying and smack you in the face or neck. Also choose carefully the resistance while ordering, red being the lightest and black the hardest. This will also be very handy while traveling as you can't take dumbells with you everywhere. This packs up neatly in a nylon bag which they provided and you can take it anywhere. I am truly enjoying this and can't wait to try out many exercises in this.
