This book is amazing. Good reference and knowledge, the design and explanations are very good.

This book is both an excellent overview of the multitude of effective hand techniques present in Kukki Taekwondo, as well as a in-depth guide to how to train these techniques in an efficient and realistic way. Every technique and combination/sequence is illustrated with clear color photographs and descriptive text in english and korean, but is also illustrated in video available by scanning in the QR-code next to each technique in the book with your smartphone. While most of the applications illustrated in the book follows a traditional «hard-style» approach to Taekwondo (i.e. primarily evasion/blokking and striking based approaches, as opposed to grappling), the book nevertheless presents a highly effective system for using the often neglected hand-skills of Kukki Taekwondo for real world fighting and self defense. Highly recomended for all Kukki Taekwondoin.
