Bought as a gift for my teenage niece who loves art and all things anime. It was a huge hit!

I have been looking for a good notebook to do thumbnails and page layouts in and have run into the issue of not having enough information to go off of. I took a chance with this one based on the positive reviews and I'm very happy with what I got. The notebook is pretty sturdy, with a nice hardcover and an elastic closure band. The sticker comes off super easy, which is always a plus. I love how the paper feels. It's not super thick, but it's not thin enough that pen is going to just leak through. Somewhere in between mixed media paper and bristol, more towards the former I think, but with a smooth vellum finish. I like how the book includes both small layouts for thumbs/storyboards, and big pages with non-repro/non-photo blue lines. All of the pages are perforated to make for easier scanning. I was so pleased with this notebook, I ordered another one immediately without even having used the first one, because I know I'm going to fill this up immediately. Unfortunately, at the time of writing this review I am unable to add pics. Hopefully I'll be able to edit those in later, but for now I'll try to describe everything. It's 52 pages of storyboard layout grids, 4 per page and on both sides of the paper, with spaces for writing notes under each storyboard box. Then it's 60 pages (single-sided) of the drawing frames with rulers along the side in non-repro blue. Overall, I'm really looking forward to using this notebook and I think it's unbeatable for the price.
