One wall of the house was damaged. We reordered right away and it arrived in a couple days. A couple of the furniture pieces were damaged in the second set, so we switched out. The house is very sturdy, as is the furniture. Just the right size for little hands to play with. My granddaughter is three and she was thrilled.The return of the damaged house and furniture was very easy.

The media could not be loaded. I love this dollhouse and it fits my girl’s Barbie perfectly. Her Barbie is half size than the regular size one. The whole thing took me about 2.5 hours to assemble it. It will take less time if you have more hands working on it. I think the instructional manual is very straight forward. However, you will need a short screwdriver for some parts. I am so glad that I didn’t have to assemble any of the tiny furnitures. My girl is very happy to play with it. Even though she is only 2 and half.

It took a long time to assemble, not all pieces are labeled and doesn’t come with a screwdriver (only tool you’ll need, but I used gorilla glue as well for extra hold). it’s very sturdy and perfect size for smaller dolls (6” or smaller). It was my son’s favorite Christmas gift. Very happy with it.

It was so easy to put together. All the parts were labeled ( the hardware was a little confusing according to directions as to what should be in the box). I have enough knowledge to know what to do. Hint: lay all the pieces out before beginning. Once I started assembling I had it put together in an hour. My grandkids are going to love this!!Their Gigi

SO beautiful. SO big. SO easy to assamble. SO durable. SO pretty. Just buy it. I haven’t seen my daughter for 2 days because she’s been in here room with this toy ever since she received it ! (Sarcasm) but moms of little girls you know what I mean! Buy it mom, she will loveeeeeeee it!

So easy to assemble, well made, wooden. Great Christmas gift

Overall I couldn't be happier. Very sturdy design, thick wood and not heavy when fully built. The only down fall was no miniature people(sold separate). Would recommend for even adults with kids who are a bit rough as it holds up just fine.

The only thing positive about this is that the order arrived in a quickly. Since is was a Christmas gift for a little 4 year old girl, the box was not opened until Christmas so that it could be assembled. She was so excited to help put her doll house together. It was very difficult to assemble especially since many pieces were broken (split), the wood was bent, there were no pre-drilled holes to help put on the sides of the house, and pieces didn't match up. Also, the pieces did not fit tightly together and kept falling apart. The wood for the roof was warped and roof would not stay up. Finally after several hours of aggravation dealing with broken pieces, the doll house was thrown into the trash where it belonged since this was a heavy box of compressed wood that would have been expensive to ship back and the money saved in return shipping can now be used to replace the doll house. But the worst part of this ordeal was having to deal with a crying little girl who simply wanted to play with her new doll house for Christmas.
