Hi! Our clear document folder can hold 150-200 sheets of A4 paper.

Would it fit a kids wooden puzzle with pieces?

Yes, it should do just fine with kids puzzle pieces.

I bend mine to get them to fit in my file drawer. They bend very easily.

Are they really waterproof? If only a snap closure, they can't be waterproof.

I would regard them as water resistant, not waterproof. If submerged in water I believe it will leak in since the flap is open except for the snap closure.
