These little pills do a big job! Imagine just by ingesting a fern you’re naturally increasing your spf by about 10. My dermatologist recommended them and when I’m out in the harsh sun, they make a difference. I take them daily regardless of the season to reduce free radicals in my body. However, a few tips, you need to take 1 pill per 50lbs body weight for best results. Also, you must wear sunscreen too if you don’t want to look like a leather bag when you’re older.

These work. Yep. Easy to swallow, pill size is regular. My derm suggested this. Healthy and really does work. Seriously. We use 1 in the morning, one at lunch, and then 1 later around 4pm. Good value. Better than getting burned!!!!

Recommended to me by my Dermatologist. I’ve been using this for over a year. Easy to swallow with no apparent side effects or taste. My skin complexion has improved noticeably but I am also using other products so can’t contribute solely to this. Still, I get lots of compliments on my skin and am happy to have this as part of my skincare regimen.

I've been using this for 2 years now. I have no doubt that it definitely helps prevent you from getting badly sunburned. It's not a 100% preventative measure, but it makes a huge difference. I've had several instances in which I was caught out in the blazing sun without sunscreen and instead of getting totally fried, I only received a mild sunburn. Heliocare works! Now that more and more data is coming out to prove that sunscreens contain harmful chemicals and actually cause more harm than good, this is an outstanding alternative.
