Delivery took time, to the UK from Portugal and then around Spain for days, but it was worth waiting for. Have it with a little ice cold water, like Pernod. Review: it's just very strong, that's it. - so, this absinthe produces no louche whatsoever. and the taste is basically identical to that of sambuca. i paid thirty quid for a extra strength sambuca. seriously, there is no discernible wormwood taste here or anything that could identify this drink as anything but anise. not terrible, but doesn't have any of that wow-factor which other absinthe have.

it's just very strong, that's it.
so, this absinthe produces no louche whatsoever. and the taste is basically identical to that of sambuca. i paid thirty quid for a extra strength sambuca. seriously, there is no discernible wormwood taste here or anything that could identify this drink as anything but anise. not terrible, but doesn't have any of that wow-factor which other absinthe have.

Love Grande absente
Love Grande absente! It's very close to a top absinthe in my opinion. Strong aniseed flavour without any bitter aftertaste. A good all rounder. Be careful though, it is strong! And addictive...

Tastes very differently than what the usual absinth. I would say this tastes betterly than absinth usually does. Also very fast inebriation. Use with caution
