A very nice, good quality card - poor packaging though on Amazon's part

This is a beautiful, quality card. However, the one I have just received was packed into a paper carrier (as opposed to a box) along with other items which, rendered the birthday card damaged in that it arrived in a bent condition). I have complained to Amazon a few times now about poor packing of good quality goods but I am afraid my request falls on deaf ears.

Envelope wouldn’t stick.

The card was nice enough in design and quality....But unfortunately the envelope wouldn’t stick, had to put sellotape on it, as I was posting it.... not ideal, looks awful...so disappointing.... therefore I wouldn’t recommend.
