Dried Lion's Mane (Monkey Head) Mushroom 猴頭菇 16 oz

I did purchase this Lions main and talk about it would mean to tell you what I saw and smelled and tasted. The Lions Main come in several days and a large plastic see through bag. Lions Main is white and the large size of cauliflower and tastes sweet. The lions main is proven to be great brain food and can be eaten in salad or cooked and I love it dried and eaten raw. It is sweet to the taste and will not mess with diabetes. There are many ways to consume the Lions Main but I had it in salads, made tincture for brain health reasons. Lions Main is a very healthy snack and will do you brain good. I would highly recommend Lions Main to anybody that wants to benefit from the Lions main goodness. I've grown these many times for brain fog from health issues, and it takes a couple months to grow some, plus the kits cost like $35 each, and I can't grow them as nice as these. These are grown to peak maturity and perfectly dried/cured. It's cheaper to buy these than grow them too.I use a very sharp knife and thinly slice, then finely mince a couple tablespoons, or use my cheese microplane and add it to my morning esspresso brew. When I skip my lions mane, it's a rough day. These are great medicine.

what beautiful mushrooms!

The mushrooms looked good took them out of bag and put them in a vacuum seal bag and sealed them put away in dark pantry one week later they were turning brown and had mold on them

These mushrooms have good value for money, delivery was prompt, except that I expected a richer mushroom taste. I bought these as a supplement as I used to make soup with the lion's mane mushrooms that I bought from elsewhere. They taste lighter compare to my go-to brand. And the size was not even; some are disproportionally big, some are small. But overall speaking, the quality is OK.

I bought three times of the dried Lion's Mane from the company. The previous products were OK. But this time, I bought four bags of dried Lion's Mane, two bags of them were moldy (green mold grew with) it when the package arrived. It is not just black spot, but green mold. I am very disappointed for their quality control! I gave them two stars because the first two times were OK.

These are lovely whole dried lion’s mane shrooms, with a minimum of plastic packaging. Amazon- please use more of your compostable paper mailers and boxes! Thanks!
