Certainly a lighter weight wrist wrap. Not great for heavy power lifting but perfect for crossfit. It's very stretchy yet doesn't cut off circulation like some wraps. It provides enough support to smash through lighter bar clean and jerk and snatch style workouts. Your wrists will have enough functionality to keep moving yet have enough support to save you from strained and sprained wrists when that fatigue of your 50th rep of a barbell movement hits.

Love these!!!! I ordered these not being familiar with the brand but I took a chance. They are very well made and are extremely comfortable. They stay in place and and provide my wrist with plenty of support for heavier lifting. Also one of my favorite things about them is the fact that they don't smell. I have been using them everyday for about 2 months and nothing. If you are needing a new pair of wraps I would highly recommend these for anyone looking for wrist support while lifting heavy or light they get the job done.

I purchased these Nov 27th, 2015 and use them 4-5 times a week for 2 hours at a time. When they were brand new, the wraps were not as stiff as others so I would have to tighten them pretty tight just to have the support I wanted. In return, it would cut off my blood circulation around my wrists. Just last week (first week of May 2016) the velcro started to fail. The wraps are now warped and not as elastic as before. Also, the velcro won't even hold for one set of an exercise. The good news is they're so cheap ~10.00 so I guess you can buy another pair every 6 months and only spend 20.00 for the year.I'll probably pass on these again in the future as I prefer a bit stiffer wrap that I don't have to tighten so tight as I prefer to have feelings in my hands.

I was disappointed that the finger loop in one of my bands (after only 2 uses) has lost its elasticity. Other than that this is my 2nd set of bands. I would certainly buy the product again. A replacement set would be nice from the company to keep me loyal.-J

These wraps work great for lifters that need a little extra support in some heavy lifts. For me personally doing heavy curls was a struggle with the pain that would be in my wrist. Now after using them the pain is gone. I have seen a difference in my bench and shoulder press too.

Amazing grip for the first 2 months. Im a heavy lifter but the grip eventually tore off. Highly recommend for the short run. Highly dont reccomend if you wanted it to last more than 3 months.

These wrist wraps have helped me hold heavier weights as I lift and I love them. I don't believe in the straps that help you "cheat" when lifting, so I went with these specific ones just to keep my wrists from failing on my lifts. They have helped a ton.
