A genuine iron but poor workmanship.
At first I got a product wherein the base was not even and the depth was unequal. As a result I got it replaced. Amazon was very prompt and the replacement process was very smooth!Nevertheless, the replaced product also has unequal depth! One side of the kadai is slightly shallower than the other due to uneven height of the side wall. The metal is good but workmanship is poor!This can be used on stove top only.

I would have given it a five star rating but the size is a good half inch smaller than mentioned. Other than that I am super pleased with the product. Also a suggestion to make bigger sizes.

AFTER RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I DID NOT DO ANY SEASONING AND ALL.I JUST POUR WATER TO HEAT TO REMOVE THE STICKER IN CENTER,NOTHING MORE I DID.THEN I MADE PANIYARAM (SWEET,USING JAGGERY)IT WAS TURNED OUT VERY GOOD LIKE NON STICK.I AM VERY MUCH HAPPY ABOUT THIS PRODUCT GREAT SIZE ALSO.SUPER.
